The property has a great potential, clean, bright, very central location.

There was no attention to small details. Starting from the bathroom, there was only one roll of paper - there was not shower mat, I had to use a towel as the water was leaking so I had only one towel left for me. The apartment was very cold, there was only one small electric radiator which was not enough. Once I booked the room I received a message from the host advising me about the builders work taking place 24 hours, at that point I didn't have the option to cancel, fortunately I arrived Saturday and Sunday and it was fine but Monday I couldn't sleep all night long, there was not even ears plugs provided and I didn't thought about that.

Adriana is an amazing host. Very caring and checking if you're well. The location is superb, just a few minutes walk (not too hilly) from the historical city centre and many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. However not in the beehive that the supercentre is. So much calmer. I love how the apartment was done. Super smart and everything you need is there. Even a hair dryer!

There was some noise because of the metro construction works in front of the building, but Adriana took care of us. My boys loved watching the works. Because of these works it's not so easy to find the apartent by car. The 'private' parking is a Portuguese style private parking, which means a privately owned parking, which you need to pay for. It's just 20 metres from the building, so if you're by car, don't bother to look any further and put your car there. Friendly staff there as well.
