Amazing modern style apartment, very beautiful, compact and clean. One of the most comfortable beds !

Very modern and small apartment. Perfect for a weekend getaway. You have all the necessary kitchen utensils to be able to self cater. The living room is spacious enough and equipped with a modern TV which is very rare nowadays.

Nothing really. The only down side for some people might be the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor so you can’t really have the shutters open coming towards the end of the afternoon otherwise people can see inside. We were only there for 3 days so it was manageable and we were out during the day. It is by a main road I would say but we didn’t find it noisy at all but perhaps it was just a quiet season.

Nice and charming apartment located near public transportation as well as on walking distance from most of the interesting places in town. In the apartment there is everything you might need (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, laundry machine, etc.) + dedicated free parking space for your car.

It is located on the ground floor so using the windows is more or less impossible as all the people on the sidewalk are basically at your livingroom.

Very happy with the arrangement.

Good enough location.

The company that manages this booking is very strict about setting up a specific time for check-in. This "appointment" is to be scheduled a few days in advance and they message you several times about this before you arrive. It was hard for us to set something up as we were driving in from another city, but we still did it and planned to arrive an hour earlier in case we had an issue on the road. Luckily, we had no issues so we got to walk around town for an hour before the scheduled time. When the time finally came, the "greeter" or the person working for this company showed up a few minutes late and all this person did was provide a key and "show" me around the not-so-big apartment. Have you heard of a lockbox or a smartlock?

Good location, nice, and well equipped apartment. The communication could be more effective.

The apartment was very nice in a fairly quiet area. A 15 to 20 minute walk to nearby shopping and some attractions. There was a very good authentic Portuguese restaurant just one block away.

I didn’t know where to get off the train to get to the location to pick up the keys because the staff at Lovely Stays never answered my emails. Ran around in circles and had to walk almost 25 minutes with all of my baggage. Once I arrived there, I was told that I now had to walk another 15 to 20 minutes to the apartment as there was no lift available. I was also told I could take a taxi. The office reminded me of a telemarketing center with a large room full of people on computers and phones. I wasn’t impressed. The apartment included a washer/dryer according to the description, however lovely Stay staff advised me that there was only a hair dryer. They didn’t even know that there was a clothes dryer incorporated in the washer. I asked one of the neighbours to help me with the machine since there was no instruction booklet available. Unfortunately the dryer ruined 3 pieces of my clothing because I couldn’t stop the drying process and of course there was no one to help. The apartment was lovely but the process was anything but a Lively Stay. 😢
