It’s location and it’s facilities such as two toilets.

No kettle or small pan for boiling water.

Nicely appointed, centrally located. Small bottle of welcome wine & local tips appreciated. Fans provided. Good communication from agency.

No elevator. You need to be able to carry your bags up two flights of stairs and deal with them at the end of long days walking the hilly streets of Porto. Front door to building is accessible only by code and sometimes other renters leave it wide open. Door to apartment can be a bit tricky. It’s a coded access as well. They have a no laundry rule. You have to walk to the corner to get a taxi or Uber. Area noisy late at night on the weekends. The windows do not open in the bedrooms, only in the living room which faces some dilapidated buildings, one of which is under construction. Bathrooms are small & well suited for skinny people; no one else.

Very clean, perfect for two people, good location, two toilets, spotless on arrival, pizza place a few doors down

Bedrooms very small, not much space...fine for 2 people with room each but probably a little cramped for 2 in each room and 6 wouldn't give much space at all between you.

Excellent location! The apartment was laid out a little awkwardly and tight with no room for bags in the rooms but the location was great. Super fun that the St. John’s festival was happening when we were there. A little on the expensive side for what it is but we really loved Porto.
