As portas de entrada da edificação estavam abertas, sem portaria, passando muita insegurança aos hóspedes; O lençol estava completamente amarrotado, como se tivessem reutilizado e não trocado; Havia macha de comida no lençol, massificando a ideia da reutilização; A descarga do vaso sanitário estava quebrada; A rede de Wi-Fi conectava, mas n era suficiente para baixar o app da booking; Barulho externo parecia estar dentro do quarto; Pedido especial, foi acatado, porém não foi cumprido, pois ao chegarmos no quarto não havia nada além do quarto; A porta era de senha, porém não tínhamos sequer um trinco por dentro, logo, qualquer pessoa com a senha poderia entrar e surpreender os hóspedes, considerando que não há garantias que a senha seria constantemente trancada. Tentamos cancelar os dias posteriores da reserva, mas sem possibilidade, portanto, pagamos a estadia completa e não ficamos nem um dia!

Perfektní komunikace , výborně vysvětleny přístupové kódy. Místo je přímo v centru. Bohatá a výborná snídaně až do pokoje. Klimatizace funkční, postel pohodlná.

Snídani nelze mít před 9.hodinou ranní, což nebylo dopředu oznámeno.

Limpeza. Tudo sujo de baixo da cama, até uma garrafa de água vazia.

Centralissima e stanza accogliente

La stanza non era un bel po’ polverosa. Spostando le tende si è alzata molta polvere. Anche il quadro con la bici in cucina era pieno di polvere. Purtroppo non c’era possibilità di avere un’opzione senza lattosio per la colazione. Inoltre non c’erano appoggi per poggiare le valigie e abbiamo dovuto usare le sedie della Cucina.

Location is perfect, close to everything. Clean. Comfortable bed.

You live in the center so there will be a lot of noise, that is understandble. There is also a lot of noise coming from inside the house because there is no insulation. You can hear everything. There is a large cupboard with loads of space to hang your clothes. But then they offer you four (4) hangers. The shower drain does not drain and you have to close the tap every other minute so that the room would not flood. Not so handy. There could be in advance information about the breakfast. It's available only from 9 to 9.30.

The location was fantastic. The breakfast was more than plentiful and good variety.

Be aware ours was the top apartment and there are 4 flights of winding stairs to navigate. Good exercise but not great when you have heavy luggage to carry. Or at the end of the day when you are tired. It could be quite challenging. While breakfast was varied and more than plentiful it didn't get delivered (uber eats?) Until well after 9 am, one day at 9.45! Not suitable when you are a tourist and want to go out early and explore. The apartment was quite dirty and dusty, when we arrived as though it hadn't been vacuumed for a while. The furniture is chunky 80's style pine, the bed has a shelf around the mattress that that begs to bruise your calves every time you walk past. There is just one arm chair. The bed had two pillows on it but the spares in the wardrobe had no pillow case. The bottom sheet did not fit properly and kept rolling off. The shower area was mouldy, and the toiletries provided was one small bottle. The hot water was scalding hot, be very careful. Surprisingly for a country that prides itself on their wine, only one wine glass was provided!
