The location was amazing, very close by everything. It was very clean, and accessible.

The bed was not very comfortable, and the building was quite loud. The floors were very squeaky. It kept us up at night.

"Luxury apartment in vibrant neighborhood"

Role Douro is an apartment with a very good vibe in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, terraces and nice little shops. The interior of the space is enlightened by tranquillizing photographs made by owner Manuel Vieira. The room of almost 50 square meters even has an outdoor balcony with a roof so in case of a slight rain you’ll find your way. Contact with Manuel was easy and direct and always very pleasant. Everything was so clean an neat. So, please don’t forget to tip the cleaners. They did an outstanding job! I highly recommend.

- Perfect Location, close to several shops and restaurant. - Appartment was tastefully decorated and perfect for a couple! - Host was very responsive and pleasant - Loved all the different suggestions provided, so helpful! - Loved the extra large super plush towels - Loved little extras like makeup remover wipes and different tourist guides
