месторасположение хорошее, апартамерты были большие, светлые, есть кухня, столовые приборы и бокалы есть.

отсутствие паркинга, искали паркинг рядом, не совсем удобно если вы на машине. замок в дверь был ужасный, невозможно было ввести код с первого раза, открывалась только после нескольких попыток, при этом после очередного раза система блокировалась. в целом дом старый и в коридоре очень плохо пахло, сыростью и плесенью, но это проблема всего подьезда
