There was no air conditioning, no proper kitchen utensils, it's was old stuff in kitchen , pans was rustic old n cheap quality , pillows was ordinary, to wipe the water there wasn't any mopping , just the bucket with the stick , with this price I've stayed in many places but not like this one in this location

Good central location near Sao Bento station. The lift was handy after a long day. The staff at the office were very helpful and friendly with any queries and problems. Nice buzzy neighbourhood.

Oh dear, the pillows. Just two thin pillows and a thin spare in the drawer. Come on chaps…. A comfortable bed needs comfortable pillows. Nice plump soft pillows with a filling !!!! A small usable table in front of the sofa would be handy. Things like a chopping board and condiments and a coffee percolator ( for real coffee) and proper washing up facilities ( not just sachets of liquid ????). You want your guests to look after the property then give us decent tools for the job. Especially if , like me you are there for a week. I had a fab time in lovely Oporto. With a stiff neck !!!

If you added a comfy corner sofa and a but more art on the walls this would be a 10 for us

I loved having a bathtub and washing machine, very good for value. Location is great as there are many shops and restaurants nearby. It’s right near São Bento station as well and you can walk to Duoro River easily too. Loved that there were many amenities provided (toiletries, sponge, dishwashing liquid and detergent). There is also Netflix but you have you sign in with your account(: Most importantly there is an elevator and the view from the apartment was lovely. Staff was helpful and friendly too. Overall I felt safe as a female solo traveller and would come back again!

I really enjoyed staying here so if I really have to pick something: I wish there were some basic condiments like oil, salt and pepper. Just a heads up you have to walk up a slope to get to the property. But it’s pretty much the same everywhere else so yeah!
