ML Apartments Almada Living

apparently 1 person is handling several apartment complex as air BNB rental when two group arrived at the same time at two different locations, things messed up we have to wait for more than 20 min to get in , and when complained the response is kind of threatening ! if you want the place to stay , be polite ! they can actually tell me the building entry code and install a combo lockbox to get me in without anyone to meet me in person very poon management !

This is a beautifully modernised apartment in the historic part of the city. It is classically decorated, spacious and very well located for a brief walk into Porto, and also transport to/from the airport.

Great place for few days in Porto, we were family of three and also sofa bed was comfortable enough.

Lots of noise from street and seagulls through the night could disturb light sleepers.

Very nice host. Perfect location in the downtown. The apartment is nicely decorated with comfirtable beds. I would return to the apartment for sure.!

Parking is not easy in the neiborhood, but our host helped us to find a parking for reasonable price.

The location is excellent right in the centre of the city. The street was quiet in the evening. There was only one key provided for the three of us. We left the key in the room one day. They came as soon as possible to open the door for us.

My plane arrived early. It wasn't possible to check in before 3 pm. Perhaps a hotel with a lobby and some flexibility to check in earlier would have worked better. There were two old and dusty area rugs in the living room. The room would look cleaner without the area rugs. The shower drained very sluggishly. The management came right away to fix that. There was a coffee machine, but there wasn't any coffee provided. The sound proof was poor. A lot of noise came from people coming in after midnight and people walking upstairs.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and secure. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The apartment Is in a lovely location, close to nice cafes and restaurants but also not a noisy location at night.

The location is amazing, and the appartment was exactly what I was looking for, if not better. I really enjoyed the space, as the appartment was not too big but also not too small to have a comfortable stay. The elevator made access very easy.

It could be a little bit noisy because the upstairs neighbours were moving around things, but that is to be expected in an older building in the old city center of Porto, and it is not an occurrance that happens every day I expect.
