Standard checkout time is until 11am. Accommodations bulletin is mandatory for all guests staying, and only the guests mentioned there are allowed to stay in the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please respect silence hours between 10 pm and 8am. The equipment available for guest use are only those listed in the Booking.com listing. Parties are not allowed. We appreciate if you let us know if anything spoils or breaks so we can replace it. When you leave the apartment, please switch off all the electronic devices, turn off the lamps and don’t forget to close the windows and the doors, even if you go out for only a few minutes. Guests are responsible for taking the garbage out. Failure to comply with these rules may give rise to expulsion from the apartment, with no right to reimbursement of any amount. There may be noise from construction work related to building renovations around the property, therefore, the use of the terrace may be limited at certain times of the day.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
