Alles neu renoviert, sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus.

- Das Apartment ist unter dem Dach. Auf dem Dach sind die Klimaanlagen des Hauses installiert. Wenn die Klimaanlagen nachts eingeschaltet werden fängt das Dach an zu vibrieren - schlafen ist dann nur schlecht möglich. Deswegen würde ich dort nicht noch einmal übernachten - Ausstattung: wenig Geschirr - Weingläser, keine Nachttischlampen, Beleuchtung - zwei Glühlampen hängen an Kabeln im Raum..., keine Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon - Der Balkon geht in den Innenhof, gegenüber steht ein Hotel. Diese Anlage dröhnt den ganzen Tag so laut, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen will.
