The pictures are totally different from what they are advertising. The place was very small. The smell wasn't good. We needed towels, they refused to give us, so we just had one towel each a week. Horrible experience! We don't recommend it at all!

Clean apartment, easy lift access.

The layout of the apartment was strange and cramped, the location is quite close to the centre, but it is on an incredibly noisy road which you could hear clearly despite being on the 4th floor! The listing said there was a washing machine in the apartment and there wasn't. The one in the basement was dirty and my clothes came out smelling of mould. When I checked in, the bathroom tap was broken and there was no mop, bucket or bin for kitchen waste. There was also an issue with the ventilation system for my apartment as multiple times during my 3 week stay either a nasty decaying smell or a very strong woodsmoke smell from the neighbouring buildings was present. The service team were so unhelpful and didn't believe me when I complained, they came to 'check it', declaring that there wasn't an issue as they could not smell anything, despite me saying it was the worst at night and me contacting them, then despite my follow up nothing was done, so I had to cover the vents myself! This repeated need to contact the host team was draining and here they really lacked skills in communication and apartment management. For these reasons I wouldn't recommend staying here, it wasn't a good value stay at all.

The company has several apartments in the building, some face the street, some face the courtyards. The street has a lot of traffic, while the other side is peaceful and has a nice view. This time I stayed in one of the backyard-facing units and it was just perfect in every respect. Clean, well equipped (no dishwasher in this unit, though), good value for money. The area is not fancy, but it is central, has supermarkets and is well connected to anywhere in the city with busses and metro. The bus serving Campanhã stops steps from the door.

Really good apartment, excellent communication from the hosts who also pointed us in the right direction for football tickets. The building was easy to get into, and apartment nice and clean.

Newly remodelled, very clean and well maintained, kitchen well equipped including Nespresso machine. Great communication with the management, responding within minutes and very service minded. Convenient location close to the Marquês metro station. If coming from Campanhã, the bus will leave you at the door step. Lots of stores within a short walking distance, including a supermarket. Amazing espresso from the little coffee shop on the corner!

The only negative of the particular apartment where I stayed was its first floor (2nd floor US style) location directly on a street with lots of traffic. Opening the window would be out of question.

Got a knock on door saying he was a technician to change a battery. I did not let him in. Messaged the host and they said yes they sent him. I was not notified in advance 🫤
