FLH Porto Balcony Apartment

Good location that is a 10-15 minute walk from most touristic sites The small balcony is great for a coffee in the sun! It was very clean, has alooot of space, fully furnished with plates and cups, and a fridge.

The central heating does not make the property extremely cold (which is okay but it was getting pretty hot in Porto!) The shower has a little mold growing on the ceiling which is not a major cause for concern tho!

The apartment is located very well in regards to exploring, finding restaurants, etc. The amenities are really nice, there’s a fridge, coffee machine, a toaster and a hand blender - which is quite unusual for short-term rental apartments. If you don’t mind it not being too clean and having a few issues here and there, it’s a good option for staying a couple of days in Porto.

Inside, it’s a bit more run-down than shown in the pictures. The sofa bed didn’t quite work (the part you pull out from underneath kept rolling away), there was quite a bit of mold in the shower and the tap in the bathroom barely let any water through. It wasn’t as clean as we expected it to be, the fridge was quite dirty and all in all it just looked like everything was just wiped over once after the previous guests left.

Very well equiped appartment, excellent communication with the managing office... they were very helpful. We had to stay inside one night because of the rain and we really enjoyed it, like we were at our homes. Porto is a very easy to walk town, you don't really have to move by metro, buses etc. The appartment's location was very good, there were several shops, restaurants, bars to the area and a big supermarket as well.

The location was great and the apartment was clean and new. It had a nice kitchen, bathroom bedroom and living room.

It was missing some basic things like hand soap in the kitchen, as well as in the bathroom. Also missing some basic things for cooking, like pepper, oil, etc. The communication with the staff wasn't great. They sent info about how to self check-in, which was all good and clear. After that, I texted them the day before check-out and never got an answer.
