Uitstekende ligging, geen last van de drukte op straat

La ubicación es céntrica, cercana a los puntos de interés de la ciudad.

La limpieza en general del apartamento. En la zona de la cocina habitan muchas hormigas. Las alfombras de la habitación sucias. Y por la noche el calentador que está situado en la cocina genera un ruido que no ayuda a conciliar el sueño.

Location above the Trindade metro station, near everything. The apartment like in the photos, clean, everything provided.

The location was perfect to both walk down the river and to get from/back to the airport. The flat looked as described. There was enough kitchen gadgets for us to cook in the flat.

Linens were not very clean and there were makeup stains all over the pillows. Towels were of poor quality as other reviews mention (we had brought our own) and not very clean - make up stains again. The kitchen extractor fan didn't work. Not enough toilet paper supplied. Worst of all - the bathroom is quite mouldy due to poor ventilation. You can't control the bathroom fan either as it's centralised.

The location is great, next to the metro and a 15-20 minute walk to the center. The room is nice, they really made an effort with some decorations. Has lots of supplies and sufficient cutlery. Large and comfortable bed.

The room needs a thorough cleaning. It was very dusty, after walking around barefoot you could wipe the dust from your foot, dust threads hanging from the shower ventilation etc. With proper cleaning it would've been an 8. The host were not flexible with the check-in.
