Nuestra experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante. Desde el inicio, las habitaciones que nos asignaron no correspondían con lo que habíamos reservado, lo cual ya generó malestar. Durante la estancia tuvimos varios problemas: horarios poco flexibles, falta de empatía y comunicación por parte del personal, el televisor no funcionaba (sin canales) y la conexión a internet era prácticamente inexistente. Para terminar, se nos ha intentado responsabilizar de algo que no hemos hecho, como es la colocación de una cortina, lo cual consideramos totalmente injusto. En general, la gestión deja mucho que desear y no está a la altura de lo esperado. No lo recomendaríamos.

Amazing location, cute, clean and comfortable apartment with superb views. When we couldn't find the wifi information, the owner responded to my message within a couple of minutes.

O melhor dessa acomodação é a localização e a vista. Bem em frente à Ponte Dom Luis, sobre o Rio Douro, a vista à noite então, linda. O anfitrião foi super solícito e simpático. O restaurante dele fica logo abaixo dos apartamentos, acesso fácil.

O acesso até lá não se faz de carro, mas é caratcerístico do lugar mesmo. Você vai ter que puxar mala um pouco pra chegar lá.
