Location is very nice

The TV was not working. We sent messages 3 times with no reply . We also sent a message to booking.com customer service but they also were unable to help. Very poor customer service both from this property owner and booking.com

"De ligging was fantastisch, maar alleen met rugzakje was zwaar genoeg om boven te komen"

We kregen de 4 de verdieping met koffers 🤨en je kon niet met vervoer ervoor komen , dus een stukje lopen over de keien

"Perfect location for enjoying Douro River views."

This is the second time I stayed at this location and it is so convenient. The view is amazing and you are close to all the action along the river. I would recomment this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Porto.

I can't think of much I didn't like.

Fajn je, že to je blízko řeky a ráno je tam velice příjemná procházka. Ubytování bylo Ok. Sprcha, 3 postele, čisto.

Večer je to peklo. Všude milion turistů, místní tu nejsou, příště se ubytuji někde jinde. Poté, co člověk projde Portugalsko a zažije opravdu místní restaurace, portugalskou pohostinnost, Ribeira je jako pěst do oka.

Localização, limpeza e preço

O check in é muito tarde, apenas às 16h O check out é muito cedo, já às 11h Há uma diferença de 5 horas entre os dois, isto tumultuou bastante nossa estadia. Nunca havia visto uma diferença tão grande em nenhum hotel! Como ia viajar somente as 15h, queríamos pelo menos deixar o hotel um pouco mais tarde. Indagamos isto no aplicativo e nem obtivemos resposta, até hoje.
