One perfect apartment for short stay, but I could easily imagine staying there longer. Very convenient location. It has everything you need from bathrobes to filter coffee machine. And this apartment is just beautiful 😍

Having to communicate via what's app as we do not use the application. Being pestered about when we are leaving even before we arrived was very annoying. Having both the head office and Valentim ask should be streamlined and if guest don't provide an answer, let them be and consider they are leaving at the max check out time. Kitchen is useless Not space for all if us to sit in the living room. Rooms way to small to move around and have a place to put our suitcases. Why pay a cleaning fee if we have to clean everything ourselves including taking out the garbage.

It’s location but not much of a view

Location was great. It was very quiet when the windows were closed considering the busy street. It had a lot of special touches that were wonderful - bathrobes , slippers, many accessories in the kitchen and very clean. The water was hot, the bed was very comfortable. The views in the front and back were spectacular and not obstructed by construction. Easy to enter and exit the building and great elevator. Convenient to both sides of the river for touring. The staff was in touch via texts during the stay and seemed friendly and willing to help. They offered helpful suggestions for touring . Valentim stayed in touch as our train was late and he had several other check ins. He had to rush but was polite.

There was very limited surface space to unpack and have our things convenient for use. We used the second bedroom to lay everything out but it would be a very tight fit for more than two people in this apartment. The lighting was calming and romantic but very hard to see after dark while sorting through luggage and the closets. We struggled to understand the washer to dryer programs. Not familiar with European design. The pricing was seemed high in comparison to other similar properties we stayed in in Lisbon and Spain this year. Seemed odd to have to take our own trash out??
