Our apartment on the second floor was delightfully quiet in the midst of a noisy city. It was very clean and had everything you need for cooking. The bed was comfortable and cosy. A good shower and bathroom. The dining table seated four. The sofa was so comfortable that I went to sleep there after a busy day sightseeing! The balcony was perfect with a little table for breakfast or a simple evening meal. It was a very sunny and warm spot in the evening, most welcome in the chilly weather we had. Our flat was completely cleaned with new linen half way through our week's stay. This was a lovely touch. The lift up to the second floor was essential for someone who has impaired mobility. A short flight of steps on entering the building was not a problem.
