Fonsi House

It is well distribuited (3 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living-room. It is well-equipped with a cradle and a baby highchair, extra duvets, iron, coffee pot, hair dryer... it was very cozy.and the owner's instructions were precise.

The day we arrived, the floors had been cleaned with a very intense perfume. It was too much for us, people with asthma. Fortunately we arrived in early afternoon and we could air the rooms before going to bed.

Spacious, clean, quiet, seamless entry.

The second bathroom was a little small with no where to put items near the sink. But it was fine for my length of stay.

Location, parking, comfortable

Everything is excellent!!!

A spacious apartment with excellent facilities. The apartment block also had a lift.

Balcony was flooded which prevented us from using it.

The size of the living areas and bedrooms were great and having onsite parking a bonus

A great deal of maintenance needs doing, all internal doors either get stuck and you can’t open them, of they need fixing due to the wood swelling, Main bathroom shower falling off the wall, and the second bathroom is quite small

Good location, 10 minutes walk from a metro station Comfortable, warm, pleasant environment. Provision of washer and coffee machine with some capsules

The apartment needs updating and repairing, as it all appears past its best and slightly neglected. The toilet seat is loose. There is toilet roll stuffed in the key hole of the bathroom door, but no lock. The taps on the sinks are loose, as is the shower head The en suite bathroom is tiny and appears to be located in a cupboard. The microwave was in a dirty state We were unable to use the TV one evening as it did not connect to the internet Very expensive for the quality

Lots of space, good comfort, good location, good service.

Some minor technical things to be repaired. (I'm a technician, i see these things ;-) )

The space was large enough for four people. The AC was a bonus as it was hot while we visited. Laundry was much appreciated.

The dishwasher was unnecessary even for four. Not enough garbage bags.
