Virtudes Flat

The flat is modern, new and clean. Kitchen is useful for guests who want to cook and is clean! The bed is comfortable and the whole place is spacious.

Confortable bed. Really nice place.

Good location, good size of the apartment. I arrive 3 hour earlier and manager let me check in ahead of time.

1) 24 hour to resolve an electricity failure ... when eventually manager took charge, electricians arrived and resolved at 1:00 a.m. 2) No trash bags, paper towels o coffee pods ... when asked they send me to buy them by myself 3) Cleaning could be improved

We had a great stay in the apartment, especially the uncomplicated and very warm welcome by Nuria was really nice. She gave us a lot of tips for our days in Porto - thank you again, Nuria! The apartment itself is located on the 6th floor, there is a small lift in the building which we frequently used without problems. At night there was some noise (as you are right in the middle of the old town), but nothing too loud - we slept well, our children too.

What was really missing was some kind of broom or brush to clean up crumbs in the floor after eating. Especially with kids this was kind of a bug as there was nothing available and this could easily be changed by providing such thing.

Flexibility of the host with respect to check in and check out time.

Dishes could be a little bit cleaner.
