I liked the apartment, it was spacious, nice, and comfortable.

I didn't like the overall location, it's not a bad area, although a little bit far. I asked for an extra toilet paper and was denied.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Easy to find and in a good location. Breakfast places just down the street and some cheap local places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood. We walked everywhere, and it's uphill to get back, but there's a metro stop close by and it's a quick ride into town.

All fine.

The apartment is well equiped and has nice design. It is located in a quite place and has a free public parking nearby.

The maintainance is not very good: the bathroom door was broken, the refregerator door would not close. We were 4 adults that stayed in the apartment for 3 nights: there is a coffee machine but the left only 1 capsule, there is a dishwasher but they left only 1 tablet, so we could not use them. It is 3 km from the center which means 30-45 min walk or 20-25 min drive (with traffic).

The apartment was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The flat was located near a major metro line, which made travel in Porto easy. While a bit chaotic, the parking near the hotel turned out to be easy and free, though we were unsure of whether or not we were properly parked. We just mimicked the locals and it turned out fine. We liked the area -- a little gritty at first glance, but a vibrant local community with plenty of great food options in easy walking distance.

An e-mail went missing -- a glitch on the web -- which had crucial pictures of where the lock-box was to be found. Fortunately we looked around and found it anyway Filipe's email eventually came through and it was crystal clear, so no fault of his. So, really, there were no negatives here.
