Nada que reprochar

What a nice surprise to have pastel de nata waiting for us! Maria was friendly and helpful. And the view was incredible!

The property was well situated near restaurants and shopping. Starbucks for morning coffee was not even a block away and the pizza place across the road was excellent! The apartment was very large. It was very clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. I had read review about the shower being slippery but we did not find that at all. Check in to the apartment was very easy and someone was there to meet us and show us around. A nice touch was the pastel de natas waiting for us after we checked in.

We had a two bedroom unit - it seemed the bedrooms were switched around. The main bedroom with the ensuite and safe had the two twin beds (for our teenagers). The 2nd room had the queen bed.

Beautiful and well-furnished 2-bedroom apartment, in Ribeira - great location, a short walk from Sao Bento station and close to the River. Great street, in the heart of Ribeira, with restaurants and cafes close by. Very easy check in. Very clean and spacious, even with 4 adults. Great amenities, everything you would expect: towels; hairdryer; iron/ironing board etc. Kitchen was well equipped. Very spacious. Black-out blinds in both bedrooms, and soundproof windows so you don't hear any outside noise. Accommodation felt secure. Great communication with the host via WhatsApp, before and during the stay. They allowed us to leave our luggage until 5.30pm on the last day, as our flight wasn't until later in the evening.

The only negative (and this no real criticism of the accommodation itself or the host) - is that there were guests staying in the apartment above us that were very noisy in the early hours of the morning. Reported back to host who dealt with swiftly. The floorboards/ceilings are not as sound proof as the windows/doors.

This is just a fabulous property. The host was kind enough to work around our checkin check out time. We got a bonus upgrade to the penthouse which had the best views. The cleaning crew was just amazing. You could see the host has thought through small amenities in the house that can make the stay enjoyable.

Everything was perfect

It was clean, updated and comfortable apartment in a good area of Porto.

It had a lot of steps to go up and down.
