OPO Trinta e um

I had stayed in this apartment last year and again this year. Location is excellent. Very close to the cathedral, 200 meter from Sao Bento train station, 50 meter from Metro and walking distance to Pont Louis bridge. Rafael is the manager who is very welcoming and punctual. They added new AC unit to this one bedroom apartment.

Wish they would provide more tea bags and coffee pods. My husband and I stayed there for three nights and they had 2 coffee pods and 3 tea bags. There was no soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. I contacted Rafa right away. The next day, the cleaning people dropped some supplies.

Amazing location - close to everything! Good value for money! Easy to communicate with hosts!

Room is on street level so could be noisy at times.

Close to the river and major attractions. Parking is across the street and costs extra. Around restaurants and patisseries.

I arrived earlier than when I expected. I contacted the property manager. He refused to let me in. I waited in a restaurant next door until the check-in time. Wish there were more flexible.
