Lokacija odlična, može se pješice obići cijeli grad. Uopće nismo imali potrebu koristiti prijevoz. Vlasnik brzo odgovara na poruke, daje preporuke. Čisto i uredno.

Tuš je loš, pritisak je slab, a vrata se stalno otvaraju tijekom tuširanja. Vrata od zahoda se stalno otvaraju. Pomalo bučno jer se nalazi blizu prometnog raskrižja. Kreveti su mogli biti malo udobniji. Staromodno, podovi su stari drveni često krivi i škripavi.
