"Localização"

Tudo muito limpo e organizado. O anfitrião é muito simpático e pronto a ajudar. A localização é muito boa: perto do centro, cercado de supermercados, padarias, farmácias e bancos.

A oferta de vagas de estacionamento é escassa na rua porém é possível achar vagas nos arredores.

"Recomendo! Casa excelente e muito bem localizada a todos os níveis."

A localização é muito boa. O centro é acessível a pé e de transportes públicos. Tem supermercados e restaurantes num raio de 5 min a pé. A casa é pequena, mas está super bem aproveitada. Tem todos os equipamentos e comodidades necessárias. Tudo em muito bom estado de conservação. O pequeno pátio exterior também tem o seu encanto. A simpatia e profissionalismo do anfitrião que tudo fez para tornar a nossa estadia fantástica.

très bon accueil de Ricardo ,conseils nombreux et utiles de sa part

Nous avons réservé un appartement avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains .En arrivant sur les lieux ,présence que d'une salle de bains la soi disant 2ème salle de bains se résumant à 1 wc avec lavabo. Ricardo ,le propriétaire qui nous a accueilli ,a joint booking pour solutionner le problème . Leur réponse :tout est mentionné dans le descriptif lors de la réservation Nous avons contesté ce fait en leur envoyant un mail documenté ,leur précisant que notre filtrage proposé par booking mentionnait bien 2 salles de bains (photo jointe )et leur avons rappelé leur obligation de devoir fournir des informations précontractuelles essentielles à la conclusion du contrat .En l'occurrence ,l'information délivrée est totalement trompeuse .Pas de réponse à ce jour. Cette mauvaise expérience va nous orienter à l'avenir vers d'autres plates formes de réservation

The apartment is on street level which was great for! Very clean with all the necessary tools and kitchen very well equipped, maintained and very clean! Centrally located ! The host, Richard was very helpful at check in and very attentive to our needs throughout our entire stay.

From booking.com it said 2 bathrooms but it was 1 1/2 baths! This is a problem within the booking.com computer platform ,

Ricardo the host went above and beyond, he was fantastic, knowledgable and helpful. The property was in a great location, and had everything we needed.

An extra set of keys would have improved our ease of stay, however we did not ask for an extra set.
