The apartment was't very clean – there was a lot of dust on the ceiling. The sofa had terrible stains and clearly needs deep cleaning. It was also very noisy because there is a bar downstairs, and even with the windows closed, the smell of cigarettes was coming inside.

Eine top eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr modern und gepflegt. Es gibt wenige Optionen mit 3 Separaten Schlafzimmern, das ist wirklich ein Glücksgriff! Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr bemühte und freundliche Vermieter!

Man geht schon ein Stück zur Metro, wir sind sogar täglich zu Fuß ins Zentrum gegangen, ca 30 Minuten. Alles machbar und nicht schlimm aber man sollte sich darauf einstellen. Wir waren im Juni da, die Temperaturen war noch nicht zu hoch, es gibt nämlich keine AC, es könnte im Hochsommer warm in der Wohnung werden.

Zona muito barulhenta dado o isolamento ser péssimo, falta ar condicionado, as casas de banho não fecham as portas do poliban e o sofá requer uma boa limpeza.

Apartamento bonito y cómodo. Estuvimos muy agusto y estaba todo muy limpio. Muy agradable llegar después de estar todo el día visitando la ciudad y sentirte como en casa.

No me gustó el ruido. Había bastante tránsito de coches.
