Room was not cleaned when we arrived at apartment. Dirty linen was still in the room. Not a good first impression.

Location was great; away from the crowds yet just 10-15mins walk to the attractions. Close to a metro station for those who prefer to take the metro into town (1 stop) Place is clean and has all the items one needs (iron, hair dryer and kitchen utensils) Host was very responsive when I contacted him on the missing shampoo & bath gel

It would be nice if there's a stand for luggage. No AC (but 2 fans provided) which is fine during September but would very hot during the summer Additional note: Unit is on the highest floor (3rd floor) with 4 flights of stairs.

The apartment was very spacious, bright and airy. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. It's a very quiet apartment. There is a laundrette next door. It was about a 7 minute downhill walk to the city centre. Plenty of good local restaurants close by. Diogo was quick to respond to any questions, however I never met him in person.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so there are a lot of stairs to climb. The advantage is that there is no noise coming from above because you are on the top floor.

Very central, everything is literally "around the corner". Quiet. Excellent bed! Very good shower and very good coffee. :))

I missed a "normal" chair, to use at the side table, with my laptop. All these endless stairs.... but I admit, that's the way it is in all of Oporto!
