A localização era ótima, o apartamento era limpo e extremamente espaçoso, além de ser muito confortável e aconchegante.

Nada, tudo atendeu às minhas expectativas.

First, be prepared to visit two different locations. You must first collect the keys at one address—where, as the receptionist explained, it’s apparently “a cultural thing” to park in a busy street, i.e. spots reserved for buses and taxis. After that you have to drive a few kilometres to the actual property, where someone needs to go upstairs to the flat to fetch the garage remote (the garage entrance is very narrow) while you circle around the streets. Leaving the apartment is another juggling act. As the reception warned, it sometimes happens that after you return both the keys and the garage remote to the flat (while your car is still parked out on the street or circling around), you can end up locked inside the building. Without the keys you can’t get back into the apartment and you can’t exit the building either—so keep your phone handy at all times in case you need help (as the receptionist explained, it already happened that they had to 'rescue' people from the building. The apartment itself is below average: dated, with makeshift repairs and constant noise from the street. In short: best to avoid it.
