"we would rent this facility again if we came to Porto"

Location and the owners slowed us to put our bags in the room earlier than the check out time.

Construction noise nearby however that was not possible to prevent.

"Comfortable, enjoyable month long stay at Cozy Flat Porto"

Location, friendly and accommodating staff, decor, comfort, easy access to metro/bus and good restaurants/shops. Balcony had a nice, although not ideal, view. Also had a nice time watching the cats and seagulls from the balcony.

Balcony view could have better. Lack of oven, although it does have a microwave (not very good as an oven).

The location is great - quit street, few parking lots near by., close to the center. The apartment is very nice, well equiped, very modern. We are a family of 4, stayed in this single bed room apartment, and it was a great exprience..

everything super clean, well equipped, there was coffee there, etc. The place has everything you need and the balcony is nice. The owners were very nice too.
