Clean, ok location, good value for money

Shower area gets quite wet, shared laundry which was really inconvenient and no where to hang clothes so didn’t end up using, owner wasn’t responsive during our stay, be mindful it’s in the top floor with no lift so be wary if you have heavy luggage

3-night stay: Despite repeatedly asking to postpone until the next day (the day of our check-out), the owner ignored the request without even responding to the messages and entered the room in our absence for "window maintenance," moving our suitcases and personal belongings, including those in the bathroom. If you value your privacy and the freedom to use the room without fear of the owner entering at any time, I do not recommend this accommodation.

Perfectly located, clean and cozy studio.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

A beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The shower was great, the bed comfortable and it even had a kettle for a cup of tea (we're British!!). We had a comprehensive email, with clear instructions of how to access the property using the codes. A few minutes from the metro.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Some nice touches - bath robe - hair straighteners. Liked the location, neighbourhood close to restaurants.

Host communication - sent two messages prior to arrival - no response. On arrival more interested in collecting City tax than responding to your questions. However, can send message, smiley, when review wanted ! Ps just as well I was travelling solo- only one wine glass

The place is nice, well located, newly renovated.

There were no places to hang wet cloths and since it was raining all our stay we did miss that a lot. Anyway, the real deal breaker was a neighbour (a resident) on the same floor, which was extremally noisy. Not only she had a small child and a dog she was constantly shouting at, but she probably did not sleep at night as all nights she was on phone talking to someone, leaving the apartment in random hours, slapping the door leaving the dog crying and barking the rest of the night... from the sixth nights we were there I did not sleep a single one. The managment of the apartment talked to her, we talked to her, nothing helped (just made one night bearable). I am sorry to write that, the place itself is nice, totally worth a visit, but due to these 'other' conditions (from mine point of view) completely unusable.

The apartment was in a great location in Bonfim, a short walk from the old town and many restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately we had organised an early check-in (just to leave our bags) as we had appointments elsewhere in Porto. Unfortunately we were not given the code to the external door and when we arrived the host did not answer our calls and messages for nearly 4 hours. The apartment also smelt like someone had been smoking before we arrived. We were aware that checkout was strictly 11am however we did not appreciate the cleaners knocking on our door and waiting on the steps at 10:45. Overall the communication with the host was extremely poor and we were disappointed with our experience.
