On checking the bed the sheet was stained and covered in hairs. Pillows that were ripped and extremely poor quality . Provision of two large and two hand (dirty)towels for 4 days for two people. (30 euros for two more towels). We reported these issues multiple times and kept being asked to supply photos which wasn’t easy due to incorrect email. This was unacceptable and took a lot of time to try and send these, as we were only there for a few days and the photos wouldn’t send to the host. We suggested that they come and inspect for themselves which they didn’t, and on the final evening we arrived back late to find a plastic bag with bed sheets, towels and a pillow no pillow case. I slept with a shirt over the pillow and we had to make the bed up. No big issue, but not what you expect from a company called Guest Ready. I need more than one pillow to sleep as they were so flat. Directions would have been useful to the nearest grocery store. Two bedside tables and side lights would be better than one. The well equipped kitchen and apartment was clean otherwise. The property description stated there was a bath and a safe, these did not exist.

Everything. We never got into this apartment because it came across as a scam! Booking.cm was able to relocate us to a better hotel.

This property is a joke! You are to pick up the keys to the apartment somewhere about 42 mins (by train) from their office without a prior warning. Whats worse is they also promise to send someone to bring it but then you wait for hours and the person never shows up. Honestly feels like a scam!

Location of the app was good, very close to all the main tourist atractions. Lot of reastaurants in the street.

Bed in the living was not prepared for our arrival. Bed linen was dirty, towels in the bathroom were dirty, and there was not enough of them for the four of us. Ventilation in the bathroom was very loud, so it was not possible to leave the bathroom door open while the ventilation was working. One of the lights in the living room was constantly blinking, so it had to be turned of all the time. Floor in the living room and kitchen was squeaking very loudly. There were no necessary things in the kitchen for everyday use (sponge, dishtowels...). Piece of rubber was hanging from the main door. There were only two hangers in the appartment, so we didnt have any place to hang our jackets, clothes, wet towels, etc. Host informed us that there are ameneties waiting for us upon our arrival, but there was nothing in the appartment, not even a bottle of water which is ussually always found. We informed the host of all this issues when we arrived to the appartment, and they said that they cannot help us because it is to late, and that we have to wait untill morning. Only because we insisted, they sent someone who brought us extra linen and towels.

Cet appartement est idéalement placé pour visiter à pied tout le centre historique. La résidence est très calme et bien suffisante pour 2 personnes. Restaurants et petits dépanneurs à 2 pas. Le petit bémol : même pas une petite bouteille d'eau au frais pour nous accueillir et pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. A part ça nous vous le recommandons.
