Lovely spacious apartment. Great location, comfy beds

Great location, modern, cosy, ... everything you'd expect from a nice home away from home. Greatly recommended!

The only negative for me was that the booking stated that there was an oven in the kitchen, but this wasn't the case. Other than that, perfect.

Fabulous location, rooms a nice size, nice television. Nice to have the small grocery store very close.

Kitchen and bathroom had few amenities. Old and small elevator.

very modern and clean, bed was super comfy. enjoyed being on the 6th floor away from the street noise. couldn’t of asked for a better apartment!

The Apartment is in a great location on the edge of the city centre with great views from the street looking out over the Doro river, and both the main shopping and eating areas and a fantastic park, within reasonable walking distance. The windows face the back yard but also has a view up to a landmark church tower from the living room. The building is old by the apartment has been tastefully modernised. There was no airconditioning but two good floor fans that kept air circulating to cool us down on hot days, and there are built-in shutters on the windows ro use during the day when you are out so the apartment does not get too warm. There are city buses close to the address, and Metro stations are about 10 minutes walk away. We choose the apartment because there was a separate living-room and bedroom, so one could go to bed early while the other did some work, that is not common in most holiday flats in Porto. We stayed here 2 weeks and felt that was good time to explore the city and neighbouring towns.

3 times a week the street infront of the building gets very busy with tourists and locals coming to enjoy the view over the river. Its fine for those who don't mind crowds and socialising, but not great if you are an introvert and somone who appreciates quiet at night. The kitchen is really poorly designed for such a small space and the expensive SMEG fridge takes up a lot of room and is not secured to the wall or floor, so when you open it, the whole thing moves. There was also a strong smell of weed coming from apartments on the lower floors that some might find annoying. On several nights we were kept awake by loud seagulls on the roof right above the apartment, but to be fair, they are a problem in most of the down-town area. The elevator and staircase are small and feel claustophobic compared to never apartments, so have that in mind if you suffer from this, we were okay, and took the stairs most days.

Central but not right in the middle of everything and close to a park with art gallery and cool outdoor lounge. Elevator access. Kitchen and spacious living room. Walking distance to a number of attractions. Lovely view from our apartment of one of the main church towers. Loads of local eateries around us. Convenience store downstairs. Excellent communication with hosts who were responsive to requests and questions.

No air conditioning which made it slightly unpleasant our first two nights there as Porto was going through heat wave. However, we were able to get an extra fan and it cools down enough at night with the Atlantic nearby that on other nights it was a non-issue. I think we were there just during an exceptionally hot time. Fridge was placed a little close to cooking elements so we had to move it to be able to use the stove top. Coffee pods only provided for half of our time there which we realize were compliments of the property, but we are used to staying at properties where coffee is provided for the entirety of the stays. Steep (but short) slope to walk up to main area for those for whom this might be an issue. There was an alternative route that was more forgiving around the other end of the street. Pillows were bulky but we made do.

everything is super fine no complaint for apartment & even it is well newly maintained fell like home love to be there again

hot water heater in bathroom is not proper after one person take bath other have to Waite for 15/20 minutes for hot water to come which is not acceptable when u is on vacation
