Mi è piaciuto perché?? L' alloggio si presentava bene, accogliente. Molto comodo l' ascensore e buona posizione, vicino a stazione della metro.

Premesso che mi dispiace ma sono obbligata a fare la mia valutazione..in generale non mi è piaciuto: 1)Il fatto che il proprietario non sia stato un punto di riferimento durante il soggiorno; abbiamo avuto problemi con le chiavi della porta da sotto, quella che da sulla strada (porta da fuori): non siamo riusciti ad aprirla in ben due occasioni (in una abbiamo quasi rischiato di tardare o comunque non fare un' attività programmata) e il proprietario di casa non è stato presente come ci aspettavamo (il cambio delle chiavi o perlomeno un sopralluogo). L' unica cosa che ha fatto è stato mandarci un video su come aprire la porta (cosa poco utile dato che il nostro problema riguardava le chiavi stesse proprio perché quelle di un' altra coinquilina sono andate subito ovvero hanno aperto subito la porta) e mandare una persona; 2) la pulizia, avevamo i cuscini di ricambio sporchi, come a colazione; il doccino pieno di calcare... 3) nessuna indicazione per posti dove mangiare o comunque indicazioni generali per due turisti stranieri.

Que no hay sitio en el baño para dejar las toallas y la ropa, y lo teníamos que dejar en el suelo....

The apartment was as expected and beyond. We have little to no remarks to give. The apartment at checkin was clean, well furnished and all basic amenities were well provided. Price and quality were well matched!

We had a small electric malfunction. This was, however, due to a network service issue. Unfortunately it took several hours for the issue to be resolved.
