Spatious room/apt. Suoer centrally located in a historical house in the historic center. Minutes away from main attractions

Very good location. Easy to get anywhere on foot. Bars, restaurants are all around. Live music right after you walk out of the building (which we enjoyed). There trully are a lot of stairs to get to the room, but I didn't mind that. Porto requires a lot of walking anyway if you want to enjoy your stay here, so better take comfortable shoes and relax.

Super apartment, fantastic location and well maintained. I will definitely be booking again.

The room was spacious, had heat, a small kitchenette. Everything I needed for what I was doing. The bed was comfortable, the room warm. The shower was good, as well. A nice little view of the cathedral on the hill.

The entry door is about 5'-9" and I am 6'-3". The bathroom door is about 5'-6" and i banged my head pretty hard, several times. It has a pretty sharp edge on it (for a wooden door frame) - rounding off / padding that edge would likely be a good idea. I guess, I am a slow learner.

nothing our false advertised / misrepresented apartment prevented us from liking anything. this company advertises a studio apartment with beautiful pictures then gives you an attic that you have approx 2 square. meters to walk around without banging your head. there were no photos of this lift studio apartment. my husband is 6ft and I am 5ft 7. there is no way we would have booked it.

unclean, mould, rotten wood, rusty shower handle, very low pitched rafters, can't access the toilet, dink, microwave, TV, side tables, dresser or did St the table due to window stoppers. this shoukd not be allowed to be rented out. we told them it was a health and safety risk if we banged our heads but they didn't care. we contacted booking.com who just said the property wknt refund us. Our contract is with booking.com . They allowed the property owner to do false advertising and then protected them. The customer has no protection and they don't care that we have been mis-sold an apartment. we were on 4th floor and the lift has been broken for 2 months +. coffee percolator, no filters or coffee. Other units had a tassimo and pods.
