The concierge who checks in is terrible. The check in can only be done between 16:00 and 20:00 (which is inadmissible, after all I was there for tourism, so it was necessary to stay with the bags in the car and then stop the tour I was doing to run to the apartment and check in). The concierge was rude and wanted to charge me EUR 30 if I arrived one minute late after 8pm. I was not allowed to enter the apartment before because they were supposedly cleaning it. However, the cleaning is terrible!!!! The apartment was still dirty and in a drawer I found several belongings of another guest, including his underwear! The cutlery was also dirty, disgusting. Also, the building is not only residential, it is mixed, so there is everything in the building. I had a car and was going to use the parking space in the apartment. They knew that. But they did not tell me how to proceed. When I arrived, the apartment and garage of the hotel are next to the Porto Bus Station, which is a chaos to park the car. I did not even know where to park, I was not informed. I had to go to the garage of the building, pay for the parking, to be able to meet the concierge at the door on foot. The concierge should have instructed me better and met me at the garage, with the card that releases the gate. Because the building is on top of the bus station, several strange people stay at the door of the building. The curtain does not close completely so it was bright in the morning. I do not recommend it at all, terrible, they stressed me out in the middle of a sightseeing trip.
