USThis property is super spacious, clean and in a fabulous location. We happened to be in Porto during the Invictus airshow and when we were tired of standing down by the river, we just moved up to our apartment and watched from the windows. Lots of life going by at other times as well. And then when you close up the interior shutters, it’s quiet and private and cozy. Great communication and accommodating some of our needs as far as early check-in and late checkout. I really love this place and would love to come back.

HKUSUSThe location is great! Lots of activity in the area including buskers up the hill around dinner time that can be enjoyed in the apartment with windows open. The shutters on the windows were very effective for blocking unwanted sounds while sleeping, we never needed ear plugs. The kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances, there wasn't anything we needed. The washer was great - don't bother trying to use the dryer, the washer/dryer combo machines take FOREVER to dry clothes. The drying rack was a much faster option. Closets/wardrobes were great with plenty of space and hangers. Showers were also great, good water pressure. There was no noise from neighboring apartments, the building seems well insulated with solid floors. Communication with the owners/staff was friendly and prompt.
The king size bed in the upper bedroom has a hard, springy mattress - a thick mattress pad could solve this. Pillows were also not great for us. Seems time for replacement. We did NOT mention this during our stay so could have possibly been provided had we inquired, so that is on us but worth a mention here. The smaller bed's mattress was more comfortable but the room was smaller and down the steps from the bathroom. We chose the upper bedroom for ease of using the toilet in the middle of the night without having to traverse steps. Some marks/scuffs on the walls in dining area and hallway that seem like any easy clean/fix would help the space feel a little nicer.
USVery clean and neat! The staff was very responsive and attentive to any questions. The location was excellent! And a small bakery below with pastel de nata's... what more could you ask for! :)

HKBeautiful, upscale apartment hotel. High end appliances, and amenities provided. Great location! Although on a busy street, there is a place for temporary parking directly in front, so easy for car drop offs. Fantastic view.
Stairs. There are 7-8 steep steps before getting to the elevator. Also another 5 steep steps inside the apartment.
