"Overall a good stay, improving upon what we didn’t like would greatly improve anyone’s stay."

Location, layout, number of bathrooms, clean, spacious, and well kept.

Slow draining hallway shower, slow draining sinks, toilette flushing mechanism gets stuck, insufficient coffee mugs, no dish soap or paper towels, iron was broken.

Near city central bay

House floor was dirty. Shower rooms is broken and one shower room door not closing. Pictures and reality is different. In the morning traffic sound is so loud like there is no windows. For me : I not liked.

"Good place for groups to stay and explore the city"

Good location

Needed a bit of love. Kitchen needed restocking, garden furniture needed replacing and generally needed a bit of refreshing. But comfortable nevertheless.

"All 4 guests very disappointed with the extremely poor state of the apartment."

Apartment was dirty, mouldy and in a poor state. Mould on ceiling, windows, curtains and lamp shades! Showers didn't drain away quickly and front bedroom shutters didn't work. Rear view was horrendous!

"Very nice apartment with the great host"

Great host - she was really nice and helpful. Just 10 minutes with her and you will know everything needed how to spend a good time in city and how get to the best city locations.

There will be great to add some stuff as coffee, tea, washing powder.

Comfortable, clean, well situated apartment, close to Trindade metro station if arriving from the airport. Communication was very good prior to arrival and the host Nuria suggested some restaurants, 2 of which we tried and we were not disappointed. She is also able to offer a good deal on one of the 6 Bridges boat trips on the Douro. Very good wi-fi.

"Comfortable, spacious apartment in a great location"

Great central location, easy to find. Short walk from Trindade station (where you can leave luggage if you arrive from/depart to the airport on the Metro). 15 mins walk from the apartment to the river and 20 mins back (as uphill). Great coffee shop one minute walk away, plus small supermarket. Bigger supermarket opposite Trindade Station. Apartment clean and comfortable with a great living room space to relax in at the end of the day. Great help from Nuria when we arrived on things to see/do and places to eat. She was also able to help us with a late departure which was much appreciated. Would definitely book again.
