La limpieza de sofas y habitaciones

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und für uns waren die Zimmer perfekt eingeteilt. Das Bad neben dem Elternzimmer war super praktisch, die Kinder hatten somit ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Lage ist auch super. Wir waren viel zu Fuss unterwegs zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch zum Einkaufen war es nicht weit.

Das einzige was nicht ganz optimal war, ist die extra Gebühr wenn man spät ankommt. Wegen dem späten Flug konnten wir nicht früher sein und der Schlüssel musste uns ausgehändigt werden. Daher ist die Gebühr ok aber man könnte sich vielleicht ein Schlüsseldepot überlegen damit niemand spät Nachts vorbeigehen muss.

The apartment itself is nice, spacious and great for a family or group of friends. The location is central as well, not exactly in the center so it doesn't feel too hectic, but close enough to walk or take a short cab ride.

It is not mentioned anywhere before booking that there would be a 50 eur charge for a late check-in, which we only found out unfortunately, a few days before our arrival. It would great if this was communicated prior on the listing. There is also a fee for late-check out.

Bath shower didn’t work

This is a lovely modern apartment in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. We were 2 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space. It is very nicely decorated, has good appliances and is well equipped with everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable. It does not have air conditioning, but does have fans for each room. There are a number of good restaurants within 5 mins walk. It is a nice 30min walk into the centre of Porto with other things to see, cafe's / restaurants on the way. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The host was late meeting us on arrival, so we were left waiting outside on the street for about 20mins. They apologised when they arrived. We also reported a problem with the fridge as soon as we arrived, but this was not fixed before we left. The hosts were still very helpful, but this was disappointing and hosts should ensure they either provide a code or lock box, or arrive on time, and fixing things promptly when faults are reported is very important to guests.
