The free parking. The kitchen was functional and the apartment was clean.

The A/C didn't work, July and there is a lot of noise from the street (the apartment is 1st floor facing the street), hence the ac is very important. Be sure to have all checking details before you arrive.

Air conditioning could be a bit better

A well laid- out apartment close to the city centre. Every neighbourhood is reachable by foot. The possibility to leave our luggage in the apartment beyond the checkout time.

The traffic is pretty busy on the road and it can be noisy even with the windows closed. The pillows weren't confortable. Tea towels missing and limited toilet paper.

Shower needs a thorough cleaning - mold in corners. Otherwise scores would be higher

Location is good. Ana was very helpful, we had a little misunderstanding at checking in, but she helped us fix it. The apartment is really well furnished and comfortable. A little noise from the street comes in because the road is uphill, but nothing too annoying. Most good places to visit in Porto are within walking distance from the apartment.

Everything was good, no complaints
