De locatie en de prijs zijn goed. Ook fijn dat je zelf kon “in- en uitchecken” en de studio zag er gezellig uit.

Kapotte plank in de vloer op de badkamer, waardoor een klein gat ontstond. Het plankje wat als nachtkastje bedoeld is, is kapot en je hoort veel geluiden van buiten en het appartement boven je. Ook voelde je de veren van het matras in je zij prikken.

Niets

Het bed was totaal doorgezakt en niet meer normaal om op te kunnen slapen. Naast het raam van de kamer staan vuilnisbakken die zeer luidruchtig door de gemeente worden gebruikt in het midden van de nacht.

Emplacement géographique dans la ville idéal Tout est faisable à pied et pour autant un peu en recul du bruit La petite place au pied de l’immeuble est très sympa Des petits bars et restos proches Appartement sous les toits très cosy Facile d aérer avec plusieurs fenêtres Lit très confortable Pleins de rangement pour les vêtements Équipement cuisine suffisant

L espace salle de bains mériterait une porte notamment pour isoler les wc La douche pourrait avoir une douchette La porte de douche est à changer

Top Lage (super zentral), schöne gemütliche Altbau- Wohnung mit Charme, sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis

Die Matratze war sehr unbequem; es war kaum Beleuchtung in der Wohnung möglich und die Duschbrause musste während des Duschens festgehalten werden, was das Duschen etwas unbequem gestaltet. Leuten, die geräuschempfindlich sind/ einen leichten Schlaf haben , würde ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, da es aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage sehr laut ist.
