Apartment is on the 4th floor so you have beautiful view on the terrace - personal observation deck. Also the apartament in the centre of the city - closest to attractions

In the evenings and nights is a little bit loudly with open windows

Thank you, everything was quite good. The taxi provided by the hotel met us at the airport and brought us to the hotel in a friendly and welcoming manner. The check-in instructions were clear, the apartment was clean, and everything matched the description of the room.

Good location in terms of good walking distance to the river and R. Das Flores and thus cafes and restaurants. Spacious and top floor apartment with lift.

Most uncomfortable bed ever slept in - you must replace the mattress. Noisy at night even with windows and shutters closed.

The location of this place is amazing—everything is within walking distance

Unfortunately I have to admit my disappointment with the service. When we arrived, the apartment was freezing cold, and there was no hot water. These issues continued throughout our stay, making it a struggle every time we needed to take a shower. In the bathroom, water leaked out of the shower and flooded the floor. Basic necessities like soap, shampoo, a tablecloth, enough plates, and sufficient linen were missing. On top of that, the plates and cutlery (spoons, forks, knives) were dirty. In the bedroom, the power socket didn’t work, and the lighting in the living room was terrible. Communication was nearly nonexistent—most of the time, the only response we received was, “Sorry, but…”. While a couple of staff members did try to help, the problems persisted—hot water stopped working again, and the kitchen tap was broken and had to be repaired while we were staying there. The only reason I would recommend this place is the great location and one helpful staff member who even gave me his personal phone number and always responded when he was at work. However, the company’s main account was handled by different people every day, who never answered calls but were somewhat responsive to messages. Overall, I feel really disappointed. At the very least, basic essentials should be provided—hot water, heating, enough linen, working power sockets, and at least hand soap for the first day. I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
