Location & balcony.

Somewhat damp in the bedroom. Much smaller than it looked. Little space for bathroom and make up things. Insufficient storage for clothes.

Just perfectly situated accomodation, very clean and beautiful.

Located at the 4th floor with no elevator which is understandable since it is an old building. There could be a better railing at the stairs inside the apartment for better safety.
