Please note that all studios and lofts are accessed through stairs. We don't provide daily cleanings. For stays longer than 7 nights we offer an extra cleaning in the middle of the stay. A set of 2 towels per guest is provided for every 3 days. Tourist tax payment and mandatory guest's registration must be completed until 1 day prior to the arrival using the provided secure link (GuestApp)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Everything is accurate as descripted. Clean, tall space that is well located and has a shared rooftop with pool and views.

Neighbours can be heard talking at night and they did wake me up one day, which is a sign of bad isolation

"Ah…si tous les logements pouvaient ressembler à celui-ci."

Tout. L’emplacement, les fonctionnalités du logement, la piscine, le jacuzzi, la literie, la cuisine, les rangements. Et par dessous tout : la propreté et le silence. Des propriétaires à l’écoute, serviables et utiles quand bien même ils ne sont pas sur place. Sûrement une des meilleurs locations temporaire que nous ayons eu à utiliser au travers de nos voyages. Bravo !

Location was great. Communication and access to the property was easy

The room was very noisy which made it hard to sleep. Both from street noise and gurgling toilet. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi room smelled bad. The room decor wasn't great and bits, like the towel rail were falling off the wall. The bed sheets barely fit the bed too, so would constantly come undone.

Super zentrale Lage! Einkaufsmöglichkeit ums Eck, Metro und Busstationen, fussläufig die komplette Altstadt erreichbar, Waschsalon gegenüber, direkt vor der Tür herrliche Essenslokale !
