Please note that, as of December 1, 2024, the Porto Municipal Tourist Tax has been updated to €3 per person, per night (instead of per reservation). This tax is not included in the total price and must be paid on-site. It applies to guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay. It is necessary to contact the property in advance to inform them of your expected arrival time. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with instructions for payment and key collection. Please be aware that late arrivals are subject to the following additional fees: After 10:00 PM: EUR 30. At check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and a credit card. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. This property does not allow bachelor(ette) parties or similar events. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A security deposit is required upon arrival. This will be charged via credit card and refunded within 10 days after check-out, depending on the length of stay and the bank's processing time. Your deposit will be fully refunded via credit card, subject to a property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
