La localisation.

La chambre présente un important problème d'humidité. Lors de mon arrivée, la très gentille dame m'a expliqué qu'il y avait eu un dégât des eaux, mais l'état général du plancher, largement gondolé et soulevé par l'humidité, laisse penser que le problème ne date pas d'hier. Il m'a été conseillé de laisser la porte-fenêtre ouverte pour aérer la chambre, mais cela est difficile en raison de la présence de nombreux moustiques. L'humidité est également très présente à l'extérieur. À mon avis, cette chambre devrait être entièrement rénovée avant d'être proposée à la location.
