Super schönes Apartment. Alles wirkt sehr neu, sauber und stylisch. Die Lage ist optimal, in einer ruhigen Gasse aber in der Nähe zu Restaurants und Bars und einfach einem netten Viertel. Alles Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Great location, small but cute apartment. Small changes would make a big improvement. However, great value.

Cheap/empty pillows, 1 wine glass, broken bits here and there, needs some attention to basics. Could have been so much better.

El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar un fin de semana. Es muy acogedor.

Por poner una pega, la calle de acceso al apartamento está muy oscura por la noche, da sensación de inseguridad.

Location

I would not recommend this property. When we arrived in Porto at 1am, the key was not in the key box as promised, and we were unable to access the apartment. My friend and I (both young women) immediately tried contacting the property by WhatsApp and by phone, but no one answered. We were left stranded in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar city, which was extremely unsafe and distressing. After walking around for over an hour, we were finally able to find emergency accommodation at a hotel — only after two others had turned us away — costing us an additional €140.57. The next morning the property responded, blaming “previous guests” and then claiming I hadn’t followed their contact procedure, despite the fact that I did call their emergency line. Later they even denied receiving my call. We eventually received a partial refund for one night (£72.66), but given that I paid £149.25 in total for the booking and then had to spend an extra €140.57 because of their mistake, this is completely unacceptable. There was no proper apology and no accountability from the property. Guests should not be left vulnerable and out of pocket due to a host’s negligence.

L’emplacement était parfait, les hôtes étaient très disponibles en cas de questions. C’était propre et le lit confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée.

17h pour avoir les clés de l’appartement c’est trop tard pour ceux qui arrivent avec le vol du matin. Je n’ai pas trouvé l’adresse de l’appartement à mon arrivée. J’ai du contacté l’établissement pour avoir l’adresse et ou laisser mes bagages. C’est malheureusement très bruyant dans l’immeuble. La fixation du pommeau de douche était cassé.

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities and close to everything, very comfortable and well equipped. Easy check in and check out process.
