La situation géographique est parfait. La porte double vitrage en plus de la fenêtre simple vitrage est très bon pour couper le bruit. La communication avec l'hôte s'est déroulé très bien.

L'odeur de produit de nettoyage mélangé avec le moisie/autre est extrêmement répulsif. On sent une mauvaise odeur déjà dans l'escalier. Je me suis habitué après 15 minutes mais le shock à l'ouverture de la porte est terrible. Le robinet de la cuisine n'est pas fixé correctement, la peinture au plafond s'écaille, la douche se remplit en petite piscine, l'espace cuisine est inutilisable car dans un placard.

Al estar en un edificio antiguo no tiene ascensor. 😔

The location is incredible, you can do almost every tourist thing in Porto. The room was a good space.

We were given room number 1, which was very noisy. There's a bar/restaurant on the ground floor, and at 8am they switch on a motor that you can hear loudly inside the room. The door is also a bit faulty, whenever someone opens the entrance door, the draft makes it shake heavily, which is quite startling. In the bathroom, there was a wall-mounted glass fixture that was broken and unusable.

The location is perfect. This is what you are paying for. It's minutes away from the river and you are right in the heart of everything. It was comfortable and the AC was sooo good. The bed was nice and I enjoyed the shower. The black out blinds and curtains were really good too. Ana's instructions were clear and she was really helpful. I left my suitcase for a while after I checked out which was very kind. The little kitchen cupboard was useful although I only used the fridge and sink. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I think the apartment felt a little outdated and could do with a refresh. I would suggest a fresh coat of paint and tidy up of skirting boards to make it feel a bit brighter and cleaner. Definitely a new rug. Overall, it wasn't very welcoming or warm but just a bit clinical. The shower was lovely but went cold after a few minutes. This was a bit annoying when I was washing my hair. Missing a full length mirror and a shelf in the shower cubicle! The building is obviously old so you can hear the other occupants and nearby building works quite clearly.
