Lokalizacja tuż przy stacji metra i dworcu Sao Bento, samo centrum, 10 min. spacerem od katedry i mostu Luisa I.. Dobry kontakt z zarządzającymi, zameldowanie możliwe do późna, klucze w skrzyneczce wewnątrz, drzwi główne otwierane zdalnie - po telefonie, wymeldowanie do 12, możliwość wcześniejszego i późniejszego zostawoenia bagaży.

Pokoje o nr nieparzystych są z oknami na bardzo ruchliwą ulicę.
