URBAN VIEWS Terrace - Duplex Apartment "Luis I"

Loved the appartment, and dealing with owner was super easy. A little bit further than we would like but there was a bus right at the doir tonget you into the center.

The unit backs onto a vety busy rioad so.constant outside noise.

Facilidad para acceder al anfitrión en todo momento, nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del check in, estuvo pendiente de la hora de llegada de nuestro vuelo que fue bastante temprano. Lo mismo ocurrio con el check out. El apartamento tenía todo lo que pudieras necesitas, utensilios de cocina, servilletas papel, toallas, gel, secador de pelo, rollos papel water, productos de limpieza, lavadora, lavaplatos, estaba muy limpio, luminoso y nuevo. El colchón también muy cómodo. La ubicación excelente, bien comunicado con transporte público. Irene es un encanto.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The location is wonderful (about 20min walk to the centre) and there is a grocery store and a bakery nearby. Irene was very kind and helpful. Could not recommend the apartment more. Thank you!!!

The location was great and far enough from the center of the city and tourist congestion. There were many cafés and grocery stores close by.

There was exposed stone on the window side of the shower where the water hits that was a little concerning. Moisture seemed to collect there which looked like mold.

It was unexpectedly pleasant that we didn't have to go through a quest to get the keys; we were met at the entrance and shown and explained everything. The apartment was very bright, modern, clean and warm (which was important since we were there during the New Year's period). The building's rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view, perfect for spending evenings. The apartment manager was very pleasant to talk to, although there were no special questions, the connection was always available. 100% percent recommend these apartments.

I didn't find anything to write here, everything is super.
