Host was extremely helpful upon, during and after arrival.

We really liked being in a residential neighborhood that was close to everything via walking or metro, and also let us see what ordinary life is like there. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host was friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for restaurants, organic grocery stores, repair shops we needed, and things to do. We would stay there again,

The location could not have been more convenient, super close to the centre of town whilst also guaranteeing a restful sleep as there was very little outside noise during the night.

Nice little flat with all mod cons available. A very clean accomodation in a great location near a big supermarket, metro station 2 mins away and very near the city centre. One of the hosts, Ricardo, gave us a warm welcome, useful local tips and even provided us with a couple of cool beers as a welcome. Thank you! that was a really nice touch. If you are after simple. clean, accessible accomodation, then this place is recommended.

The bathroom facilities need upgrading, as well as the decor. Shower not great as floor was always wet after showering which meant it had to be mopped after each use. This is the only reason it did not get full 10.

The property has a very good location. Metro staion for D line (which goes to the Luis Bridge) is nearby. The fact that a supermarket is just around the corner is very convenient. The host was very friendly and helpfull
