My homey at Flores

The location and apartment layout.

It's on a pedestrian-only colorful touristy street, but the room is up and away from the noise at night. The breakfast spot across the street is world class.

Nothing.

Location was excellent, right in the thick of things. Apartment was neat, clean and well furnished. Host was super attentive and responsive.

It's a little small for 4 people, and we'd have preferred two bathrooms instead of one. But that's not a big deal. Apartment overall was great.

Great setup for our family of 4 and awesome location to explore Porto!

Not their fault but the seagulls were having a breeding party or something. Obnoxiously loud all night long, which woke my wife multiple times most nights.

The location was excellent, close to everything, the river front area, shopping, dining, sightseeing. Everything is a walkable distance. The 2 bedroom unit was more spacious than the unit our friends stayed in at a high end hotel nearby. Admittedly, the bedrooms were not large but more than adequate. The front room consisting of a sitting area with a sofa, a small dining table for eating and a complete kitchen (though we never cooked, eating out every night in wonderful restaurants nearby) made the place very cozy and relaxing after a long day of walking around. The host was very helpful and reachable for questions and made some good suggestions like watching the sunset by walking across the bridge to Gaia across the river, and places to eat. A plus was the air conditioning (one for each room). Returning in the afternoon, the unit was a bit warm, but after 15 minutes of A/C, we no longer needed it. I also liked there were enough nice glassware, and plates for use, unlike other rentals we've used before when traveling. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay.

Staying here really helped us have a spectacular time in Porto because it was so comfortable, quiet, spacious, and perfectly located. I traveled with a friend, so it was great to have two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, as well as an excellent common area to spend time in together and have breakfast each morning. We loved the view, the quality of the beds and the showers, all of the storage space, the high standard of all the facilities and amenities, the excellent air conditioning, the location, the calm, and the wonderfully warm welcome we got from our host, Maggie. staying here made our trip an ease and a delight from beginning to end.
